Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Inbox Attachments, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Inbox Attachments lets you connect your own Outlook or Gmail account so you can search for email attachments in plain language, see who sent them, organize them by email, and download one file or many at once.

The app reads messages and attachments only to provide these features. It does not send, move, delete, or modify your emails, and it does not store your mailbox contents.

Keep your password confidential and let us know right away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and at least 13 years old.

When you connect Outlook or Gmail, you grant the app permission to read mail in that account on your behalf. You stay in control: you can disconnect at any time, and you can also revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Only connect inboxes you are allowed to connect.

Don't use the app to break the law, to access mailboxes you don't have permission to, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to exceed what the app is designed to do. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. Search results depend on the content of your mailbox and on the AI matching described in the Privacy Policy, so we can't guarantee that every search finds every relevant file, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Downloads depend on the connected email providers being available.

To the extent permitted by law, Inbox Attachments is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or time, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. If we discontinue it, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
